Body Scan Meditation
In these uncertain times, I find I am having a lot of conversations about feeling out of control.
We are only in control of ourselves, our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions and our behaviors.
This little bonus episode is the body scan meditation that I did with my staff today.
This is an exercise that should NOT be attempted while driving.
Find a quiet spot in your home, bedroom, backyard, office, etc and take some time to get grounded into the sensations of your body.
I think that the feeling of being settled, even if it just for a few minutes, will benefit you more than you realize.
